It is our mission not only to provide proven and realistic World class ‘Self Defense’ techniques to the largest demographic of everyday people but for them to also acquire these core skills in the shortest amount of time.

This is achieved by providing hands on training in all the Officially programs of the Gracie Academy including the most comprehensive and condensed program ever developed by the Gracie Family, ‘The Gracie Combatives®’. As well as being the first to come to the UK we currently have Europe’s only LEVEL 2 Gracie Academy Certified Training Centre officially teaching The Master Cycle ® program to all Combative Graduate blue belts and beyond. The journey towards black belt has never been so accessible, we’ll take you there together.
